It’s the joyous time again for kids and there is a prosperous New Year waiting for us soon in the 2009! While everyone is busy preparing their plans for the Xmas eve and New Year countdown, we at Toywiz would like to take this chance to wish everyone a Very Merry Xmas and Happy New Year!

Reviewing back this year, 2008 is a smashing and impressive year for Toywiz and we hope there will be more exciting stuff waiting for us in the 2009! First week into 2009, Toywiz will be having a warehouse clearance sales. Ranging from robots to dolls, figurines to die-cast models, transformers to star wars, japan toys to US versions, branded companies like Mattel, Hasbro, Lego, Takara Tomy and others…

2009 Toywiz Warehouse Clearance Sales (Jan 3rd & 4th, 2009)

Toywiz will have a huge clearance sales early on 2009 and you shall definitely NOT to miss on this one! Our warehouse is full and need space clearance for more exciting toy collectibles coming in from the year 2009, especially Transformers 2 hitting later year.

When/Where is the clearance sales?
It will be held at a 8,000 squarefeet LOT on Third Floor Amcorp Mall (yes, it’s near our Toywiz store, same row as McDonald’s, beside a Korean Restuarant, used to be a Game Centre there).

The sales will start SHARP from 11am - 6pm Saturday 3rd Jan and Sunday 4th Jan 2009 (First weekend of January 2009).

In case someone not familiar where is PJ Amcorp Mall, here is a map link from Streetdirectory or a satellite map. You can take LRT to Amcorp Mall, drop off at Taman Jaya LRT station which is served by the Kelana Jaya Line.

What are the brands and toys you will be having sales?
We carry ONLY branded and genuine toys collectibles, so you will definitely be assured that you won’t be disappointed! Many branded toys will be discounted from 20% - 70% and starting as low as RM5. You can expect a huge selections of Star Wars figurines and collectibles, Barbie Dolls and Collectibles, Transformers stuff, McFarlane Toys and Neca action figures, Marvel Legends and DC Superheroes Batman, Hot Wheels cars, Disney Cars, Spawn and Movie Figurines etc, we are still digging out stocks form the warehouse and the list goes on….

2009 New Arrivals and Toys Released from the past month will not be on clearance sales but entitled some discounts

Do you accept Credit Cards?
We accept CASH only for the clearance but will accept Visa/Master credit card for purchases over RM1000. There will be a small charge of 3% fees if using credit cards because of the clearance sales.

Transformers Henkei C-18 Attach Team and C-19 Spy Team

Takara Tomy will be releasing Henkei version of the mini-bots (Hasbro Legends Class) now, C-18 Attach Team comes with Beachcomber, Bumblebee, and Brawn. C-19 Spy Team with Legends Wheelie, Warpath, and Cosmos. The Henkei version promise a true to Anime/Cartoon color and will comes in a pack of 3 robots each. Released date will be March 26th 2009 and retail @ 2,200yen.

Transformers Disney Mickey Mouse

This is where Transformers meets Disney Mickey Mouse and it’s definitely more than meet the eyes! This comes with no surprise at all where TF collectors been busy playing with their Nike Transformers, Ipod Transformers, KISS players, MP3 soundwave players etc, all these after the Takara Tomy merging! Anyway, this is reported to be coming with 2 versions, Black and White Mono and Color Mickey Mouse. Released around Feb 26th and March 26th 2009 for different version. Estimated 3,900yen. So let’s welcome Mickey Mouse Optimus Prime!

Hellboy and Abe Sapien Coming to Hot Toys

And so, Hot Toys announced that they will be bringing Hellboy and Abe Sapien to their Movie Masterpiece series. This is definitely worth waiting for as Hot Toys Masterpiece series is quite popular and success with their amazing 12-inches action figures!
