Good news for the G1 and Masterpiece fans! Tformers just got in a shot from the Dengeki Hobby Magazine revealing that TakaraTomy will re-release the Masterpiece MP-08 Grimlock figure dubbed Masterpiece MP-08x King Grimlock! The figure will come repackaged with a crown, sword, and his gun, as well as a brand new packaging box by Takara. The box image also reveals King Grimlock depicted in a Generation 1 style comic wearing his crown!

Toywiz Malaysia will be taking preorder for this rare Masterpiece item for RM799. Fresh off the truck, in stock now in time for Christmas!

This is consider the perfect version for Masterpiece Grimlock with his crown set, and for those who own the previous MP-8 Grimlock, you will surely notice the changes made to the packaging box itself.
